The "uTester of the Year" awards recognize members of our community who have consistently demonstrated the skill, work ethic and attention to detail that we seek in all of our testers. For this year’s awards, we evaluated tester performance across numerous fronts, including uTest paid projects, Crash Courses and forums, to name a few. Each year, this select group is chosen from a pool of 50,000+ testers in over 180 countries by our community & project management teams.
Criteria for the award is based on each tester’s performance across hundreds of test cycles for web, desktop and mobile applications. Additionally, we also evaluate their performance across testing types, including test automation, test case creation, usability testing, security testing, performance engineering and others. Whether it's high bug approval rates, active participation in projects or the quality of feedback provided to our customers, these testers have continually gone above and beyond the call of duty. And for that, we offer our congratulations.
