Of course
Of course you can refer to your experience at u-test in your resume.
I question how much value it would add, but if you think it's an advantage, then certainly do so.
Hi jstrazzere
I don't think this is a good idea. When you will join an organization and you will show like this that I am also working with an third party community. I don't think you can get a good reposce from any company.
It is good if you show your knowledge and projects what you have done on uTest but don't show that you are working with or you are associated with this anymore...
For example all freelancing site in my organization are closed or banned. And this is also a kind of freelancing...
Thanks
Jay
And yet...
"For example all freelancing site in my organization are closed or banned. And this is also a kind of freelancing..."
But you participate anyway?
Yes I am participating
Hi jstrazzere,
Yes I am participating in uTest not from office but from home. And by the way this site is not know to my company that, it is also a kind of freelancing, so it is not banned and we can use it from office also :)
Just think, a company has hire you on permanent basis, and they came to know that you are also engaged with some other work for your personal beneficiary, they may think like you concentration is not on company's project. So it may not be a good impression on you.
I am not saying you cann't use but I won't advice to use uTest in your resume. Anyways if you want you can!
Still I am saying you can show your projects and skills on your resume! and moreover it depends on you personal decision, you can decide what is better for you :)
Thanks
Jay
Hi Thamil
To be very frank it is never advisable to show your association with a site/organisation from where you have some monitory interest. Reasons being many and this not being the right place to discuss. Please read your organisations Terms and Conditions document and many things would get clear.
Hi Thamil
I am agree with anshul. But one thing you can do is you can put the projetcs homehow, but again you need to be carefull while doing this..
Moreover you are getting experience and knowledge as uTester... So ultimaately you are increasing weightage in ur profile..
enjoy as uTester
Thanks
Jay
